Free Arabic Ringtones

Sunday, June 22nd, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Thomas_Morva]Thomas Morva The ringtone has become a remarkable cultural tool that is enjoying a great deal of popularity worldwide. Users in different parts of the world like to use their specific languages and music to personalize their mobile content. Today, Arabic ringtones have become a form of great entertainment and a way to show you ethnicity. Normally, Arabic music that is popular all over the world is the favorite choice of many Arabic speaking mobile users. The favorite artists being Ya Tabtab by Nancy Airam, Dana, Amr Diab, Samira Saeed, Ihab Tawfic, Arwa, Elissa, Assi Al Hellani, Grace Deeb, Ilham Al Madfai, Umkulthoum, Majed Al Mohandis, and many more. But the Arabic language is not just confined to Saudi Arabia and the surrounding areas. In fact, the northern Africa has a large Arabic speaking population, which further mixes with the local ethnic culture resulting in cross cultural language usage. This is also evident in the types of ringtones available. For example, ring-back tone services are so popular in Egypt that operators are having difficulty meeting the demand for them. In Egypt, Arabic is the official language and also the most commonly used language. In business, English and Arabic are widely used. In Morocco and Tunisia, however, the most common language for business is French, while the official language is Arabic. Nonetheless, most of the Arabic ringtones are based on songs sung by popular artists. Also, many freelance composers have come on to the scene, and they use traditional songs and Arabic folk music to create new tunes. Arabic ringtones always have a very traditional touch to them. With the rise in cross-cultural relations with the outside world, Arabic ringtones also now have a touch of Western music to them, as well. Reading the Beach: A Necessary Skill

Thursday, June 19th, 2008

By Muhammad Ismail The ability to Read the Beach is a skill that takes a lifetime to perfect. It is however a necessary skill to acquire as it effectively informs us where to place our bait and increases our chances of catching a fish. The ability to read the beach allows us to identify sloughs, highways, gutters and currents just by viewing the wave action. Tidal action, currents and the wind cause forces that push bodies of water towards the shore forming waves along the way. The waves push upwards as it passes over sand bars. Sand Bars are bodies of sand that are not fixed and run along the sea shore. Just as sand dunes are affected by the wind, sand bars are affected by the action of the water. The landscape under the water is more or less similar to the beach associated with it. Notice the landscape while standing on the shoreline with your back facing the sea. In most cases the landscape of the seabed will be similar. Looking out to sea you will notice that the swell is more or less constant. As you scan closer to shore you will find that the swell becomes higher and waves begin to form. Do not follow the waves to shore just yet. Zoom in to this area and you will notice that waves are constantly being formed in that particular spot. Okay, now start focusing to the right and left and you will find that the first wave is being formed at a similar distance all along the beach. This allows us to draw a mental picture of the sand bar pushing up the swell that forms the first wave. Now follow the first wave to the next swell and you will find the next sand bar running along the beach. You may find three or more sand bars. The seabed in between the sand bars are the lower points of the shoreline and are called the Highways. The location of the sand bars remain the same only for a day or two. They are changing constantly depending on the forces exerted on them by tidal and wave action. The only constant is that as long as there are waves there are sand bars. Thus far we have learned that water moves towards the shore forming waves as it passes over sand bars. We notice that this water travels towards the seashore but we cannot see the water return to the ocean. No waves are formed facing the opposite direction. This is because water arrives on the surface and returns to the ocean along the sea bed causing a current commonly called the backwash or rip currents. The strong force of the backwash literary rips through weak points in the sand bars forming drains or gutters. At this stage, just by looking out to sea, we are able to isolate the number of sand bars and their shapes allowing us to pinpoint the highways inbetween. We also know that the rip currents break the sand bars at their weakest points. Identifying the gutters are also very important. All we have to do is to take a closer look at the swell as it forms the first wave rolling over breaking into the highway. Scanning along this line you will find areas where the waves are not breaking but remain a mere swell. These are the gutters and drains. Since the sand bars are washed away at these points, there is nothing to push the swell up to cause the wave. The highways between the sand bars offer predatory fish a safe passage while on the lookout for food. Like any predator, its survival factor lies in the efficiency of the hunt. These predators or as we fishermen call them Game Fish lie in wait at the intersections were the backwash cuts the sand bars. The rip currents wash little fish and other food practically into the jaws of the gamefish which lay in ambush at these points. Natural Anti-Depressants - St Johns Wort, Kava Kava And Lemon Balm

Sunday, June 15th, 2008

By Jason Ladock Depression is a much bigger and widespread problem than many would believe. It is estimated that more than 1 in 20 Americans will develop depression in the next 12 months but most sufferers attempt to hide the problem from friends, family and physicians. This makes it incredibly difficult to diagnose unless you are specifically looking for the symptoms. Most sufferers find it difficult to diagnose depression and often attribute it to “feeling a bit down”. There is a big difference between feeling down and having depression. If you or someone close to you is suffering from depression it is important to see a doctor as soon as possible. The Safe Use Of Natural Remedies As well as psychological and medical treatment there are also a number of natural remedies that can help to eliminate or, at least, reduce stress and depression. Introducing these supplements, vitamins or nutrients into your diet it can be possible to avoid prolonged depression. Always check for interactions with any prescription drug you may be taking and, if necessary, consult your physician to ask their opinion of a particular natural remedy and whether you are safe to take it. St Johns Wort St Johns Wort is one of the most popular and effective of herbs to help combat depression. It has become increasingly popular over the last few years, as more and more people have been made aware of its effectiveness. St Johns Wort inhibits monoamine oxidase, a chemical within the human body that is known to encourage depression. However, St Johns Wort does much more than this. It can help to restore self-esteem, confidence and regular sleeping patterns making it not only useful for beating depression but restoring physical health as well. It also increases appetite and restores interest in life. St Johns Wort is available in capsule, tea, tincture and oil form. There are some recorded precautions that need to be taken when considering taking St Johns Wort. Cases of photosensitivity in those with fair skin have been reported so care should be taken in the sun. You should also avoid combining St Johns Wort with cold and flu remedies as well as other prescription based anti depressants. Avoid using St Johns Wort if pregnant or breast-feeding. Kava Kava Kava Kava is another excellent product that can help to beat stress and anxiety. It is particularly effective in the battle against physical stress. Kava Kava promotes feelings of calm relaxation without the drowsiness that can be associated with prescription drugs and even other herbal remedies. Depending on the patient, feelings of euphoria and elation may also be experienced but this is experienced in the minority of cases. Lemon Balm Due to its calming aroma and effects, lemon balm is also popular as a herbal anti depressant. Lemon balm has been used for centuries as an antibacterial ointment and also as an infusion or a tea to help calm nerves and settle patients. Lemon balm can easily be grown in gardens throughout the world and by tearing the leaves, adding honey and hot water the perfect, natural relaxant can be made. A Final Word On Natural Remedies Nature produces many different herbs and more than a fare share of these can help with depression, stress and anxiety. While some care should always be taken regarding drug interactions and the misuse they are generally considered safe for regular consumption and use. If you are in any doubt then consult your physician; something you should definitely do if you are taking any form pf prescription drug. UFOs - What is The Christian View of Them?

Saturday, June 7th, 2008

By Michael Bresciani To deal with the subject of UFOs I have taught people for over thirty years to ask three very important questions. Almost everyone Christian or not has asked questions regarding UFOs. What I noticed years ago was that unbelievers only asked two of the three questions. Believers are compelled by the scripture itself to ask all three questions. It is the answer to the third question that raises a warning flag on the whole matter. 1. Are they real? Millions of people around the world have seen UFOs; some of them are rather notable. President Jimmy Carter, Bob Larson, and Astronaut Gordon Cooper are a few of the initiated. It would seem unadvisable to fly in the face of all these witnesses or to call them unreliable. Are UFOs real, yes in the sense of having appeared to so many people around the world. 2. What are they? The most common answer to this question is that they are ETIs or extra terrestrial intelligences. Because of the conclusions outlined in the Air Forces Blue Book investigation and a host of other studies, I make an entirely different conclusion. The Blue Book said because they had the ability to change direction at speeds far above supersonic that they appeared to be metaphysical in nature and not physical. Science doesnt dare use terms like spiritual, it is not an empirical term so they use its cousin, metaphysical, which means exactly the same thing. The bible has spoken of angels of the Lord and angels and minions of the god of this world (Satan) as being among us for as long as we have inhabited this planet. This being the case it would be safer to say they are ECIs or extra celestial intelligences. A world bent on human knowledge to explain everything and a penchant for believing that we are not alone in the universe is not likely to accept this idea. In this case Ill go with the bible and not man. 3. What message do they convey or leave for us. Bible believing people are not at liberty to dismiss this question. In fact there is no phenomenon, new revelation, prophetic utterance or any other worldwide advent that can go without being scrutinized by this question. The Apostle Paul outlines the question for us in a very clear and emphatic statement about messages or revelations received from any source at all. Paul saidBut though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Galatians 1:8 Do the reports from abductees or any other message left behind by UFOs concur with the bible message of the gospel? The answer is unequivocally no. In some cases the reports conflict. Some people said they were told the ETIs would intervene at a propitious moment in our history to show us how to harness nuclear power. Other reports said they would intervene to show us how to completely eradicate any use of nuclear power whatsoever. But in no case have any abductees said that they were willing to admit that Christ was the Messiah of the world. They would not say he had died for the sins of the world, been resurrected and was yet to return to judge the living and the dead. Some of them even denied knowing about Christ at all. Since almost every one in this world knows about Christ, believer or not, what does that say about the intelligence of the ETIs? In these days just before Armageddon just about every phantasm known to man is being laid upon us to facilitate the dislodging of our faith. Under question number three it behooves us to give up the most commonly accepted answer to question number three, and hold fast to the gospel. You Can Laugh At Marriage Worries If You Follow This Simple 3-Step Plan

Sunday, June 1st, 2008

By Beth Young Any successful businessman, entrepreneur, or college graduate will tell you they were successful because they had a goal and a plan. If your goal is to protect your marriage from the worries that many couples face, then you need a plan for success. Here is a 3-step plan to help. Step #1 - Open Communication The best offense in warding off the intrusion of an affair is to have a rewarding, satisfying marriage that meets the needs of both partners. As you discuss ways to keep your marriage strong, you will garner strength to prevent an affair from happening. Thus, open communication is critical in your marriage. It is also important to commit to letting each other know if you are feeling vulnerable or if a situation has the potential of turning in a direction that may get out of control. Common situations that could create temptations are business trips, business parties or at work in general. It’s important to discuss as a partnership what boundaries should be set to avoid undue exposure to temptation. Step #2 - Resolving Money Matters Statistics show that 43% of all married couples argue over money issues. This data speaks loudly of the major reason most couples fight. I If one is frugal and the other spends money like its going out of style, it can’t help but create problems in your marriage. Therefore, the earlier you and your spouse talk about spending habits the better. It’s important to establish spending expectations, set goals and decide on a short and long term financial plan for your family. Step #3 - Take Time For Intimacy Even though you both have busy schedules and you may not feel like you have enough time to get the basics done each day, take time to be intimate. Sex is a basic human need that has to take priority over other things. As you set this as a priority, the other things in your life will fall into place as your marriage is strengthened. Some of the most successful people know the importance of having balance in their lives. They are the ones that set aside time for their family, recreational activities and work. By keeping a balance, you are able to side step marriage worries and be more effective in every aspect of your life. As you include these steps in your marriage plan, you will find that most of the problems other marriages face are not even a concern to you and your spouse.
